We're seeking a third roommate to complete our little family. We prefer female, but are open. Rent is $1000, with $1000 deposit and the possibility to take over the lease once it ends (in June). The available room is near the front of the apartment, facing the street; it has one window and one closet. The other two bedrooms are in the rear of the apartment. There's hardwood flooring, with gorgeous wood detailing throughout. The landlord lives below so anything that needs fixing is done immediately.
